Standing on the kitchen floor Palm on your left side - Out the door Springsteen routines for a few years more Whirlwind romance was such a bore I could watch over when you sleep You won’t have to weep again I will stay here forevermore Draw you a galaxie Love restored I could watch you You won’t have to I will stay here Draw you a galaxie Love restored A galaxie Love restored

Do people stay with the ones they adore? - Yeah Or do they shamelessly hide behind closed doors? How does love work in this day and age? - Yeah I think i’d rather be on my own Whatever feeling you have is right - yeah We’re losing time and there’s no way back You’re a prize that’s worth more than you think - yeah Don’t you dare sell yourself short, honey, you’re more Than whatever the world Has been tell you, girl You have the voice to Change the path You’re a revolution, girl Has it been that long since we have Fought for what’s obvious for us? - yeah It’s crazy to think how they were treated - yeah Don’t you dare sell yourself short, honey, you’re more Than whatever the world Has been tell you, girl You have the voice to Change the path You’re a revolution, girl

The baggy pants don’t help You look like a 21st century man Smeared lipstick - was she there last night? You look like you’d rather be out of sight I want it all You want to see me crawl Compromising again and again You want it all to yourself chain around your neck is a noose You’re a nauseating living proof Frosted tips hair, nose & fingernails You look like you’d rather be someone else Here i am writing this in my bedroom Never once have i stepped in your shoes Out of all the things i have been through Guess it’s fitting for me writing this to you I want it all You want to see me crawl Compromising again and again You want it all to yourself

don't think i will past 27 years think that i might end up dying alone here i know that i'm still breathing, beating, bleeding don't think i'll live past 27 years wonder if i live past 27 years cause you keep on saying that you will always be here i know that i'm still breathing, still existing i think that i might just live past 27 years

If i ever wasted any of your time Would you let me know? If there’s another me around Would you let me go? Scream it out - prove yourself Damaged by someone else Scream it out - prove yourself You and me were made to be Set apart by society If i ever wasted any of your time Would you let me know, Again? Cry it out - prove yourself Broken by the weight and Cry it out - prove yourself If i ever wasted any time Would you let me know? If there’s another me around Could you let me go? (Bridge) Would you deny it when the world ends? Do you take pride in when the world ends? Stand your ground, plant your feet You and me were made to be Scream it out - prove yourself This world ain’t what they brought up to be

Skated by your house - you never knew 1996 - it was all blue Went to your match after school I was close to the wall - was so uncool Driving towards the sunset - it was brand new Blasted our anthem as we do We were always sure there’ll always be time Not knowing it can’t be fixed - in 1996 We don’t know - if we could ever Let time go - again & again I guess we’ll let it rest In 1996 Nicotine patches didn’t help Off to Morphine - sure as hell Restless - riding shotgun till dawn Not knowing it can’t be fixed - in 1996 We don’t know - if we could ever Let time go - again & again We don’t know - if we could ever I guess we’ll let it rest In 1996

working 9 to 5 every morning forget to remind ourselves to breathe in yeah yeah yeah sitting like that will break your neck your eyes getting tired you don’t get it your body shutting down you say you’re fine your body’s saying otherwise How much more can you take? How many punches will break you down? down, down, down you know you can always take a breather 1 month to a year or more dear breathe in and out it’s one thing to write hopefulness helplessness is painted blue you see it too inducing sleep won’t take you far your dreams only make things go dark let the light in now How much more can you take? How many punches will break you down? down, down, down you know you can always take a breather 1 month to a year or more dear breathe in and out wake up at 9 every morning can’t move a muscle, you’re tied down now, now, now the nurse will help you soon dear hold my hand, there’s no need to fear breathe it… out

about

this is my first LP and probably the last for now. it's a mixture of nostalgia and melancholy -- reminiscent of my childhood in the late 90s and general adolescence in the 2000s and 2010s.

thank you to those who have been listening to my stories in these songs.

i'll be back again someday, til then, take care.
